On Every Car
Engine and Transmission
This cover is on every car we sell. The term is agreed with you and written into your bill of sale. Beyond it a pre-owned car is sold as-is, where-is; taxes, registration, titling, inspection and insurance fall to the buyer.
- Term Agreed With You Set for the car you are buying, and written into your bill of sale.
- Engine and Transmission Internal components that fail under normal use through a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Repair or Replacement Including the diagnostic labour for a covered failure.
- Not Covered Accident, misuse, neglect, missed maintenance, modification, overloading, racing — and normal wear items such as belts, hoses, filters, fluids and seals.

First Two Weeks
2 Weeks or 500 Miles
If something is wrong on our side, we arrange the return and we cover the cost. If you simply change your mind, the return transport is yours to arrange and pay for. Either way, three things come off the repurchase amount, each only if it applies:
- Damage Not Present at Delivery What the return inspection is for.
- Equipment That Does Not Come Back Keys, manuals, accessories and documents.
- Instalments Then Due On a financed car. A cash purchase has none.
-
What Ends It
What Voids It
None of this is aimed at ordinary use. Drive the car and evaluate it — that is what the 500 miles are for.
- Commercial Service Beyond ordinary evaluation.
- Overloading or Misuse
- Salvaged, Impounded, Seized or Exported Or used illegally.
- Odometer Altered or Disconnected
-
If You Want More
More Cover, If You Want It
Cover beyond the term on your bill of sale is available and is agreed with each buyer individually. Ask what is available on the car before you close.

What Buyers Ask
Two weeks after delivery, or once the car has been driven more than 500 additional miles — whichever comes first.
Call us by all means, but the notice itself has to be in writing and inside the window. That is what the agreement counts.
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business hours (Mon – Fri: 8AM – 5PM CST). For anything urgent, call us directly at (307) 313-2228.
The last three characters are withheld on the listing so the VIN cannot be cloned. The report itself is prepared in advance, with the inspection, on every car — ask for it and we send the full VIN and the full report from our own account, at no cost to you.
